∆ PRISM PIPE ∆ Visual Music Every Third Monday  At pehrspace June 16th is the sixth installment of Prism Pipe, a monthly visual music series curated by The Current Sea + Screaming Claws. We're taking strange, experiential, avant-garde film and combining it with even stranger musicians performing a live film score.  This Month is Prism Pipe: HYPNOGIF. The HypnoGIF is an animated GIF style developed by The Current Sea featuring infinitely looping kaleidoscopic mandalas. Music for the curated show will be provided by L'éternèbre, an experimental ambient group based in Chicago and Los Angeles. HypnoGIFs from artists around the world will be projected for an audiovisual meditation on the confluence of Analog and Digital artistic traditions.  Attendees are HIGHLY encouraged to bring yoga mats so that they may experience the piece in total relaxation.  The show begins at 8:30pm, and will run until 10pm.
